Description
The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the public that there are available bilateral cooperation scholarships between the Government of Rwanda and the Peoples' Republic of China for the academic year 2026/2027. The scholarships are open for Bachelors, Masters and PhD programs starting with September 2026.
Requirements
Interested candidates should submit all the following application documents: . 1: Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC; 2: National ID or valid passport; Curriculum Vitae, 3: Senior six results slip for undergraduate applicants and original-notified certificate and transcripts for postgraduate candidates; 4: Filled forms for Chinese Government Scholarships and Medical Physical Examination (available on HEC website); 5: Recommendation from the employer (for Masters and PHD is an added advantage).
