Government of Brazil has offered scholarships to Rwandans

The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the public that through the bilateral cooperation agreement, the Government of Brazil has offered scholarships in the academic year 2026 -2027 at Masters and PhD levels.
Requirements
Interested candidates should submit the following application documents: 1~Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC; 2~A copy of National ID; 3~One (1) passport size photo; 4~Curriculum Vitae; 5~Certified copy of transcripts and Bachelor's degree for Masters students; 6~Certified copy of transcripts and Master's degree for Doctoral students; 7~Proposal research for Doctoral applicants (2 pages); 8~Recommendation from the employer signed by the head of institution is an added advantage.
