Chancen Rwanda is looking for a Community and Communications Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for a passionate communicator who enjoys working closely with students, graduates, and partners while bringing impactful stories to life across digital and offline platforms.
Requirements
~Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, Development Studies, or a related field
~ 1–2 years of experience in communications, community engagement, or social media (non-profit or youth-focused experience is a plus)
~ Strong storytelling and content creation skills (Canva, social media platforms, basic photo/video skills)
~Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
