INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT THIS APPLICATION FORM When filling out this application please pay attention to details. You need to give complete and precise answers to all questions for us to consider your application. Specialization-Paths You can only apply to one specialization path. If several are interesting for you, select the one you are most interested in. Please note that if you submit several separate applications, we will use the last application you submitted and ignore all previous ones. Video introduction In one of the questions below, you will be asked to submit a video introduction of yourself. Please prepare it before filling out this application. In your video introduction, please introduce yourself in English and answer all of the following questions: 1: What do you want us to know about you? What are your main strengths? For each strength, make sure that you give a concrete example of a situation where you were able to use the strength. 2: When and how did you learn how to learn? 3: What events during your time at high-school shaped the way you see yourself? 4: Think back to a team-situation you were in, that was particularly challenging. This can be a work-situation, a situation in a volunteering-project, a university group-project, or a situation with friends. Please focus on what was challenging with you and how you dealt with it. Then explain whether next time you are in a similar situation you would act the same way or you would act differently - and how. 5: What is a team-situation that you are particularly proud of? Describe what you did in that situation and why you are proud of it. The video should be between 5 and 15 minutes long. It doesn’t have to be a great video. We just want to see and hear you speak English and learn something about your background and motivation. That’s all. You are allowed to prepare, but you need to speak freely. Don't read off a script. We can tell when you do that and we will assess it negatively, it will result in a significant lowering of your assessment score.
